This programme targets Individuals aged 19 to 65, who have 

1. Either recently entered the field of quantity surveying and are seeking a comprehensive foundation to develop a strong skill set. 

2. Work in the construction industry, such as architects, engineers, contractors, or project managers, who wish to broaden their understanding of quantity surveying principles. 

3. Work in quantity surveying who are looking to refresh their knowledge, stay updated with industry trends, and acquire new skills to remain competitive in the field.

4. From related fields who are interested in transitioning into quantity surveying.

5. Individuals who would like to undergo studies in quantity surveying to initiate an entry level career within the industry.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for admission into this programme, candidates must meet the following entry requirements:
 

• A pass in English and Mathematics (O’Level) or equivalent. Proficiency in these subjects is essential to ensure communication and mathematical understanding of the programme.

• Basic digital competency and computer literacy. Aspects of the programme involve the use of digital tools, software, and resources for tasks such as documentation, research, and project management
